About Us
About The First Seventh-day Adventist Church of Tulsa
Our church family includes about 400 members from every age group and many ethnic backgrounds. In addition to church services in English, we also have worship services in Spanish and in Burmese. During the week, small groups of our members meet in each other's homes for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship.
We think of our church as being "large enough to serve, small enough to care." Our members love to worship together, encourage and pray for each other, have fun, and share God's love with others. About 80 years ago this church was the only Adventist church in Tulsa. Through the years additional Adventist churches were established, as groups from our congregation shared the gospel throughout the Tulsa metro area.

About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe that a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>
