School   Tulsa Adventist Academy (TAA) is located in a spacious building across the parking lot from the church. TAA provides the finest in Christian education for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 10. Tulsa Adventist Academy Staff for 2009-2010Principal/Grades 9-10 -- Mr. Craig Mattson New Staff Members Matthew Hargett  Pictured above is TAA's principal for the 2009-2010 school year, Craig Mattson, with wife Lizzette and daughter Emma. Mr. Mattson completed his master's degree in teaching at Andrews University this summer. As a graduate assistant in the education department at Andrews University, he gained experience in teaching, research, and school curriculum development. Mr. Mattson is originally from the Pacific Northwest of the United States and obtained a bachelor's degree in behavioral science at Newbold College in Binfield, England. He also holds a bachelor's degree in social studies from Andrews University and has been a summer dean of men there as well. Mr. Mattson has done mission work for the Church in such places as Poland, Romania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the United Kingdom. He enjoys working with young people and looks forward to leading our school to greater levels of excellence in Christian education.
